Using Liquid Pearls
Today on Speedy TV you will find a tutorial with ideas for using Liquid pearls. Tis isn't something I use although I own a couple. So out of the stash they came. I've used red to dot his har band and to make stripes on his scarf. I used white for snow and details on the snowflakes. Go on over. Hilight Tutorial time and click on #24.
