I made the background with the large City words stamp. Then sponged my night sky and the water before stamping the city scene.

Wow, wow, wow!!! Your skyline is GORGEOUS!!! Love all the blue!!! I am a pink girl at heart but all of a sudden I find myself really turning to the blues!!!! This is gorgeous!
