an I Brake for Stamps Challenge

Over on Paper Crafts Planet Della from IBFS is having a sketch challenge. The winner gets a $30.00 gift certificate. Since I LOVE I Brake for Stamps I couldn't resist and sat right down to create something. Here's my card.
