Let's Ink it Up Challenge #1
Every 2 weeks Let's Ink It Up will have a challenge for you. There will always be a twist that goes along with the theme. I hope you will participate and show us your projects. Today our very first challenge is---- **Anything goes**. That means make whatever you want. It doesn't have to be a card either. So start creating. The Twist for this Challenge is---- you are to use the color **YELLOW** somewhere on your project. Now the winning project from all of your entries will win a prize.
The prize for this Challenge is a $20.00 gift certificate for The Scrapbook Boutique
Here is the card I made
I stamped both the card base and my yellow layer with yellow ink and a flourish stamp from Hero Arts. Then I cut a scalloped oval and a plain oval with my Nestabilities. Added some yellow ink around the edges. Added a sentiment and some Bloomers from Coronado Island Rubber Stamps that I stamped, cut and rolled.
You can check out the other design teams projects by going to their blogs. They are listed over on the side bar OR You can also see all of them at Let's Ink It Up. Ok now create something. Anything. And enter it in the challenge. How do you do this you ask. Go to Lets Ink it Up. Scroll all the way down to the bottom of todays post. Be sure not to miss any of the great projects the Design Team have made. Click on the little frog and he will help you load your picture either from a blog or from a photo gallery. It's very simple. You could be the winner of this great prize from
The Scrapbook Boutique or you could be chosen to be a future guest designer for Let's Ink It Up. You have until Sept. 3rd before noon to upload your photo. If you are on US time that would be Sept. 2nd before 10pm.
