I sponged my cloud background. Used the same color ink to stamp the word up. Popped up the balloon.  I used two of the sentiments included with the set. Clean and Simple.

Such a pretty and elegant card! The balloon is lovely against the sky and I really like how you've used the "up" sentiment faintly throughout the clouds.
