Tutorial Time on Speedy TV Challenge 48
This week the challenge is to use Acrylic paints in some way and the tutorial shows you several. I chose to paint my card stock with Gold paint and use it as a background. I also used the Spotlight Technique for my image. Hop on over to Speedy TV and check it out. Click on Challenges, then on Tutorial Time and then on Challenge 48.
