I found this template somewhere on Pinterest. Worked for several hours to make this card. I am thrilled with it and it will be going to my newest niece for her birthday who is a beautiful Princess.

The background was made with re-inkers, Glossy card stock and Saran Wrap.

Fabulous cards! Wow!!! Love your first card and it's not the one I was thinking of!! (I didn't do the one I was thinking of after all) This is sooooo precious!!!! Your niece is going to flip over this and my, what a cutie she is! Love your second card too. Will have to try that technique you used on the BG.
