I used scraps to make this card. Didn't have to cut anything but the card base. Love when that happens. It just went together in less than 5 minutes. The background is Polished Stone layered on Glossy Black card stock. Ribbon and stamp from MFP a HC.

I would never have guess "scraps" - looks like you planned it carefully using dazzling background papers! So pretty! I am catching up on "housework" this week LOL but maybe I can fit in a few cards later. Hope all is well!
