It's a rainbow kind of day

It's a beautiful day here in Florida and I am so enjoying my card designing time now and finally I have the time to join in with another challenge.  I hope to join more and more challenges as the days go on. This one is a Anything Goes Challenge always and can be found at Pammies Inky Pinkies Challenge. Challenge #1708.

I piece the background with card stock in colors of the rainbow. Then I sponged the colors over a stencil and stamped the image using my WeR Precision Press. An awesome tool.

Make My Monday Challenge #40

Show us some birds!!! That's the challenge over at Make My Monday. 

Being newly retired I am sorting through things and cleaning up all my clutter. This background I made who knows when. Found it in the scrap box. Added some punched birds and poof!! there's my card.  Go on over and join in the fun.

This weeks challenge is to shimmer and shine. My background is a piece I made with a gelli plate and metallic paint.  The rest of my card is made up with scraps I found on my desk.

Sparkles Christmas Challenge for February.

We're using Kraft card stock this month. I was trying to remember the technique for this. Not sure I remembered it but it's close.I embossed with white EP then filled in with white ink and colored with marker. I also inked the edges with white.
