MFP Stamps - Oh Crab

Here's how I made the background

You will need white card stock and Distressed ink pads.

Start with the lightest color and sponge ink around the card stock.

Continue adding color making the bottom darker and leaving it lighter in the center.

Now you will need a bowl of water.

Put you fingers in the water.

Flick your fingers at the card stock being careful to keep the dropping of water smaller.

Let it dry.

MFP Stamps Challenge 4

The Challenge is easy today. Make a Blue Card. Now you are allowed to use white, black and one other color but Blue has to be the dominate color. The Dragon is a stencil made with paste.

Ruby's Rainbow Challenge 121

Today I join the DT of Ruby's Rainbow.  I've dusted off a box of stamps I put away years ago and how refreshed I am feeling using these old stamps.  This challenge is called Animal Magic and you'll have 2 weeks to add your card. Isn't this the happiest cow you've ever seen? I wonder if this is going on around here while I'm at work.

Welcome to the 2nd Saturday of the month. Today we will learn a technique called Stamping with Acrylic blocks. Tutorial is supplied to show you how we did this. After stamping with the blocks I stamped the flower and colored it with markers.

Happy New Years. Speedy Fox and Friends have changed our name to MFP Stamps Challenge to make all our sites match in name. We're also going to be changing up the challenges. Our line up will be: 1st Saturday-- CAS(clean and simple) with a theme card. 2nd Saturday -- Technique, Tutorial will be supplied. 3rd Saturday-- Different kind of card, tutorial will be supplied. 4th Saturday-- color challenge and the 5th Saturday if there is one will be a Anything Goes. It should be a lot of fun. Hope you will be joining in with us. 

This weeks card theme is CAS / Snow.
