Are you ready for Spring? I made a SCENE by stamping the FENCE, which by the way is the theme this week,  sponged the sky and hilighted the fence with a grey Copic. The bunny and butterfly are both colored, cut out and popped up.

Oriental Sketch Callenge 67

My background this week is embossed with Rust ep and then sponged in tiger colors. I've turned the card long ways but kept the layout the same. I seem to make most of my cards this way. Maybe I should start trying tall cards. We'll see. Some habits are hard to break.

Speedy Fox and Friends Challenge 250

Happy Valentines Day. 

This week we're Sponging circles. I used Finger Daubers to create my sponged circles. Then stamped my Poppies and finished filling in the petals and leaves with Copics. Sponge some circles.

Oriental Sketch Challenge 66

This is the first set I thought of when I saw this weeks sketch. I've turned the card long ways but kept the rest of the layout as it is. I've created a pond for the Koi and the Water Lily. The water is sponged. What set do you have that would look good with this sketch. Give it a try.

Atleast this week there is no gold or red designed paper. But there is always next week.

Speedy Fox and Friends Challenge 249

This is always a fun and easy technique. Gives you a Tapestry look that can be made with any stamp and in any colors so it makes a great background. Emboss your images with white and then sponge with ink. Can't get much easier. I also cut out a flower and popped it up over the ribbon.

Speedy Fox and Friends Challenge 248

This week the directions tell you to stamp on Designer Paper. Heat emboss with Clear EP and then sponge a darker ink around your image to bring it out but not too dark to cover up the paper.

This is a great technique. Give it a try and enter your card.

I'm looking at all the cards I've been making and I'm using the same papers. Can't help it. I really like this paper. I need a shopping trip real soon though. This was so easy to put together. The perfect sketch for this stamp set. Go on over and give it a try.
