Here is my card for the swap over at Speedy TV. The theme is Orange & Yellow. This is a sneak peak at a new set called Lucky You.  I used a Webbed background that was shown on Speedy TV Basic Backgrounds. This set will be available next week.

These cute little farm creatures are from a new set Country Charm. I have masked and stacked these guys and added animal noises to the background. 

Speedy Fox and Friends Challenge 171

I made a Birthday card with a cooking theme for the challenge this week. Make a cooking project and add it to the challenge for a chance to win a great Stamp set.

Stamps - MFP a HC - Recipe Card Starters

SSSD Aug. Technique

OK ladies. This month we are water coloring. If you have Distress inks these will work the best when it comes to blending. Take a piece of Water Color paper ( you can not use regular paper, it will fall apart )

On the smooth side of the paper stamp your image with Versa Mark. 

Apply White Embossing Powder and heat.

Now you can do this 2 ways. You can apply tour color to an Acrylic Block.

Or you can add it to your craft mat.

Add your color by smooshing the ink pad onto your surface and spray with water.

Using a water brush start coloring your piece.  Continue until the whole image is colored. 

Now start coloring the outside. Start light.

Add a darker color

And then an even darker color. Go back and using water and more ink blend your colors until you are satisfied.

Now for the hard part....waiting for it to dry so you can make your card.
